Another great brother story. Both of them hurting - inside and out. It's sad to say, but I honestly don't even remember S11 episodes at all and I have a feeling it will be even worse going forward. However, I can always count on you for an interesting "missing scene" or take on what is increasingly, poor writing in the show. Please keep it up since I enjoy your stories so much. These boys, how I'm going to miss them so...

In their case it's always like that when one is hurting physically other one is mentally hurting with him. They're unity.

About keeping secrets from each other I think they lernt a lot about that how it's destroing. Sometimes they still doing this like when Dean didn't tell Sam about his suicidal mission with M'lak box because Dean knew that Sam would be trying to stop him. But I think it's a lot better then we saw in previous season.

Sam's "You're gonna hold my hand" at the end was so like Winchesters brothers.

Cas healing Sam and then just walking off with a sigh made me laugh. Because both Winchester’s are determined to make themselves pay for who knows what, while at the same time are convinced their brother doesn’t deserve what they’re putting themselves through at all. And then there’s Cas who’s just like...you’re both idiots. I just love this story so much, it induces such feels and you really can tell how much they care for each other (Cas included). And also, the “And anyway, Sam overruled you." LOVED THAT PART! XD This was such a good tag to that episode! Every time I watch that episode I’m left wanting more, so thanks for this!

Love the story. Let's hope they don't do it again, but knowing them they might. Either way they manage to get through it together always. Sometimes with hand holding, ha.

I could picture Sam with the punching bag and then the two of them standing there with Dean holding Sam's hands. Of course each one would rather die than let the other one die, but the truth is they need each other and the world needs them together. This was great - thank you.

Maybe? Maybe not. I don't see either of them letting the other die. Not really. They're too connected and it's something beyond just them. The two of them together is something uniquely important and powerful and, well, unique in all of creation.
I love how the hand holding was touching and honest (and not even weird)... and Sam's comment and Dean's response at the end was very funny. Just can't get enough of their relationship and the great moments - both big and small.

It seems again like you could look into their heads. You caption the brotherly relationship and what they would do for each other so well. And I enjoyed the lighter, funnier ending.

This episode needed more. (I feel like I say that in every review) I like that you made Cas heal Dean anyway, cuz no, he didn't deserve to be hurt. I love Dean's "Sam's not the boss of me". In typical fashion of the show, they never did talk about all they should have at this point. Thank you for filling in these little blanks. And Dean holding on to Sam's hands made me 'aww' a little.

Lovely! The Winchester brothers have a very complicated relationship, they die for the other, but they do not want the other to do the same. "Leave what is dead to remain dead," is the most ironic phrase of Supernatural!
I'm trying not to read the stories of the seasons I did not watch, but sometimes I can not resist like that. I loved it! But it's nothing new: I always like their stories.
