The family dinner was great, especially how Kagome's family treats Kurama, from the ofuda to Souta subtly interrogating and her mother trying to see if she can hope for her daughter's relationship on this side of the well.
I like how this is advancing. Ah and I'm sorry to read you don't get a lot of reviews, yeah it can get discouraging. I hope you pick this up someday but if not I want to thank you for sharing your story this far.

His cheeky and pushy attitude is romance male lead worthy. I bet he's having fun since not many girls know he's youkai and are already on ward.
Poor Kagome, having to deal with a fox in her time.

I love how composed Kurama is even after a girl teleports in a wave of pure magic in front of him. And Kagome is way too weary and not falling for his charm, it's funny because she's used to his type in the feudal era.

Oh man this is awesome! I would love to read more.

You drew me in with mentioning Kurama and Kagome lol (I so enjoy that pairing lol), and so far it is an interesting enough read that even if that isn't the romance then I am still quite curious.
Don't worry about slow. Anyone that berates a writer (who's gifting us by sharing their works) is someone that doesn't acknowledge what reality can be for someone else who's also doing this for free in their spare time.
