As much as it would be fun and funny for Shirou persona to be Gil I don’t think that can happen. Persona basically is a personification of them self. I don’t think Shirou has similar attitude with Gil. So maybe some blacksmith god or something.

Rin Ishtar huh? Welll that would be fun. Btw would you give them both just one persona or two(I mean usually the persona can evolve, ex Yukiko konohana sakuya into Amaterasu etc)? Or maybe they have one because they already reached their answer?

I think it would be interesting if Rin have persona, but it can be tentative. Can Shirou have one tho? From what I know UBW kinda like his persona... or at least that what I think.

Fun fact: Kanshou and Bakuya is a Persona/Demon from P2 Eternal Punishment. Kanshou and Bakuya belong to the Suit of Swords Of the four Minor Arcana.
P.S. Arthur and Galahad also appear as Persona/Demons in Persona 2. :)

Acually i would find it funny if ther Persoas are there Heroic Spirits simpley so that we can have Archer and Saber in the Story.

first of all if your going with P5 you need fix your timeline, as it take place after 2015 where Shirou would be an adult and already master his powers.
