It was interesting. I glad I read it.

Why would we be disappointed? This was the perfect cracky short. Much more would have been too long and become tedious, what with the lack of plot. Crack Fics by their very nature are short stories that compress all the absurdity of a full length parody into Fun-Size by culling plot. Plenty of people fail hard by going full Crack on an actual novel length story that should have been a parody.

While it wasn't bad in & of itself, it definitely was accelerated for the concept. It wouldn't be as random if it involved a character with more known characterization & presence, but perhaps it allowed for skipping to scenes you really wanted to write. Maybe someday your muse will cooperate enough to attempt the first concept again or a more full-fledged take on this one. Regardless, it was fun & that's the important part.
