Even knowing the outcome going into this story because of the list alyssa and the precious butterfly, even that couldnt prepare me. That is just so sad...pooor Summer. I can definitely see her reactions. We all saw how she handled Marissa dying, not to mention her child. Her baby boy...and oh my Kirsten...this was sad. :( but I still enjoyed reading it

What begins as an ordinary story soon turns into the day in the life of someone in hell. When loved ones are jerked from our lives, we want to lash out, ignore organ donation cards, and even consider crying. And you LOVE to make a reader's heart break!

And just when things are bad, they get worse. The ending is just too difficult for families to bear and you write it to poignantly, so effectively. It's harsh yet beautiful.

You changed your structure with this story as well. It begins quite personally but as the story expands, your narrative transfers to a family, and then back to the professor. That's not easy to do and is a risky choice. But you made it work.

This is a good one. I know nothing of this fandom but I think I'd like to. Keep up the good work!
