Aww I love this story and how it explores their intimacy and how they’re both inexperience bumbling idiots about the whole thing it’s so endearing. And hot. YUP. Don’t forget the hot part.

Very rarely do I find a story that's equal parts sweet and passionate, but here it is! I adored Christine and Erik's interactions and enjoyed watching their relationship develop through the love scenes (which were very well-written, by the way). The ending was cute and satisfying too :)

Ugh, this is so amazing! I loved it!
It was so sweet and sad to see how their relationship had to progress at a turtle’s speed because of his lack of confidence and decades of touch starvation. Christine being so kind and understanding towards his needs was perfect, and I really liked the way both of them thought of the other’s comfort over their own. Really shows how they, specially Erik, matured! I loved to see how their relationship helped him grow as a person and he learned to take better care of himself. Simply lovely!
Oh, and the smut was simply fantastic. Absolutely beautiful! And what a cliffhanger of an ending! Had Erik not grown so much in the years of marriage they’ve had, I’d be worry, but I’m sure this new Erik can handle that!

This chapter was everything! Erik gaining so much confidence to finally consummate his marriage, write an opera, buy the opera, go out in public with his wife. That beautiful description of her dress, Erik's gall to bend her over her vanity, lift up that dress and take her right there; that was so hott and more arousing than all the other smut in the chapter because he was just so in control, dominate and confident in the move. I can't wait to watch him freak out over her being pregnant and ruin everything.
