Excellent end to the story! While I personally wouldn't recommend dealing with any demons (nasty blighters they are), I did enjoy the rest of it. Glad to see Daphne assisting the trio with the Gringotts "break in" and with dispatching Nagini. Also glad to see Harry rescuing the girls from Carrow. And talk about a splitting headache; glad it was Peeves and not me cleaning up! Peeves reaction to Desdemona was great too! That last scene with grandpa Harry was precious.

Excellent chapter! Loved the interlude at FFF. Great job with that! A calf names Harry was too funny! Enjoyed all of the Harry/Daphne time. Glad to see Harry pushing forward both with his responsibilities and with Daphne.

Very cute story! Enjoy seeing Harry and Daphne at eleven and starting a friendship. Glad to see Harry looking out for Daphne. He's definitely the Gryffindor. Also glad to see his Slytherin side coming out, too. Harry has caught Draco between a rock and a hard place. Draco can't own up to what happened to his wand and now his wand won't want to work as well for him and definitely won't work against Harry Potter. Too funny! Great job!

I just finished "Merit and Inheritance", and it was one of my favorites, ever. I'm going in to this one with a lot of goodwill, but also a high bar has been set. I expected better than this first bit...

"a few days later..." Something about Ron and Harry. Harry went to Diagon Alley literally on his birthday, July 31. He met Ron on September first. No matter what day it is, it is hardly "a few days later".
