Oh dear Mattie, you better watch you step because Ivan is more dangers then you can ever imagine.

Though in his defense his brother is not really helping his case, it is interesting to finally get Mathew post of view of this situation. As well as him getting closer to Alfred and Ivan game, but I hope for he’s sake he’s carful because it seams like Ivan is starting to get even more possessive of Alfred and Alfred is becoming way more dependent on Ivan.

I want to say thank you for putting in more information about Alfred mental state back to when he was a kid because it really bring out more about Alfred then he is willing to bring out himself. Poor Alfred struggling with much more then he can handle and his classmates are a bunch of jackals for not seeing the big picture with his health. Its no wonder why he is depending on Ivan even more, but the more that he brush off of him the more dangers he becomes. Even he is starting to lets go of himself and its scaring him.

I also feel bad for Mathew for trying to help his brother but also losing his trust in the progress, he does want to help him even though he’s going through some stuff himself with Ivan hostility and his friend sister. Both of them are having it tuff and I can understand why he would go the extra step to help him but it is definitely not a place he’ll be coming back from.

Another thank you for including Deus and “ Tony “ relationship, witch is something I wanted to talk about for a wile. First thing though, I really like who you pick for these roles and Im not going to lie but I did chuckle a bit when you said who Deus was. Tony was also a nice inclusion but it seams like he is not all that is appeared to be, there relationship at first was playful/professional especially when it involved Alfred. Though once the game began, they soon began to divide with there little bet on the other players while remaining as spectator. It seams that deus is now becoming suspicious with “ Tony “ new form and with his coy attitude I honestly cant blame him. “ Tony “ or “ winter” seams to be hiding something in this game and with him being able to change his form who knows what would happen.

Maybe the new green eyes classmate can help out.

This fic combines interesting animes with Rusame and I adore RusAme, so I was hooked in on day one and re-read it multiple times. Don't get discouraged by the lack of reviews or favorites because I love it. I already placed my bets in on who I think is who on AO3 as of chapter 10 so I don't feel like explaining it all again, but the gist of it is 5th Wy, 7th Poland, 8th Finland, 10th Denmark, 11th Turkey, and 12th Estonia.

If Russia did exactly what Yuno did then Ukraine and Belarus are not participating and I think since Liechtenstein is 4th's younger sister, she will play a role similar to 4th's son in the anime or maybe won't appear at all so that's why I don't think she's 5th.

1) Reliable relations. Who said, that Alfred wouldn't be afraid of Ivan? Who said there would be no pain, no despair and no misunderstanding? Who said, that the process of accepting someone else's essence would not go through denial and hatred? The narrative of the diaries fits so well [perfectly] into the character of the main characters (dependent relationships on the verge of madness and painful tenderness), that I only have to pray that you do not abandon this amazing work. Because there was a new reader. Because stories equal to this can no longer be found anywhere.

Oh Alfred, I’m gad that you made it out ‘mainly’ okay but for peat sakes! How can you be missing all these red flags, it’s literally covering the whole room.

Beside that, man did you pack a lot of action in this chapter at some parts it felt like I was reading a scene from a movie( especially when Alfred reference Ivan sword skills like dead pool.) Though speaking of Ivan, he really is in a league of his own even with how he barely manage to save Alfred thank to the help of that secret passage. I guess it was “ lucky “ that he knew where to find it but in all honesty nine is starting to catch up on ivan so his luck might be running out soon, if he dose’t catch her first.

Elisabeth or nine was a real surprise to see in the chapter, I kinda like her interaction with Zwingle and showing a side alliance with him. I guess with a game like this it is all for the means too survive but I don’t really blame Zwingle with Ivan playing this game.

Wow did this chapter showed a little more about Elisabeth and Im really glad about it, this was something that I wanted to say in my last review about her but with her being in a few seats their wasn’t too much to say about her. besides that is she is strong, she is resort full and she could be the tuffets player in the game. I’m not just saying this because of her diary but un like Romulus aka six, she is extremely capable in daggers situations based on her own skins that she show at the school. she is also a kind person that didn’t want to get the kids at the school involved in to much casualty as well as the teacher she admire. though with her being a mercenary her skills make sense, even with her targets.

I want to talk a bit more about Zwingle and his play in this game, he like nine is also a cable and dangers player but also like Ivan he is also hiding a bit more then he is saying, with his first interaction with Alfred and his new alliance with nine it seams like he is already taking the steps to survive.

I know I said this in the last chapter but, oh, poor Romano. Its seams like when thing gets bad for him it just some how finds a way to be come worse, not only what his stalker third but that his own father knew about him and his obsession with Romano. His dad really is a pice of work with the way he treats his own family and manipulating his own son in to fighting for him just so he can believe that he is getting things his way.

Romulus certainly had things coming his way and the back story about his up bring was interesting where his whole life was about surviving until he finally decided to fight. It does say that his life is just survival no mater what the cost is, nevertheless it does not justify him using his own sons and there love ones like tools. Even if he says he provide protection to them it means nothing if there in the crossfire in his his battles. I guess it was poetic justice that he lost a gun fight to a sword, six shouldn’t have under estimated Ivan and you absolutely shouldn't have use Alfred in you twisted way.

Thankfully Romano was able to get away safely but now his relationship with Alfred is severed and I doubt that he and Alfred can even go back to being friends.( Especially after seeing Ivan skills first hand. )

I am Sorry again but I don’t want to make my review to long, besides with how you writer your story and charter Im acutely enjoying rereading some of the previously chapter and re connection some of the other charters with some of the other players. I feel that might make a major effect in the future no mater how major and minor it is an I have this impression that I’ll have even more to write about them in the future chapters ( like Kiku, Mattie and Deus.) So thank you again for the new chapter and please take your time with this battle royale. Because your right that these charters have mush more depth to them and they might need some extra time to flush out or write a spin off for them.

I’m really enjoying your story/ writing style, every chapter feels like a piece of a bigger picture and the way you write every charters action, motivation and relationship really brings out more of this world and makes the stakes that much higher.

One of the example that I like from this is Alfred’s relationship with everyone around him like Mattie, Francis and Romano. His relationship with them are all different and in Romano case sadly one-sided (I’ll point that out later), but they all have an importing impact on not just him but also in this deadly battle royal. It also shows a side of them that they try to hide away from Alfred, which with Ivan cannot be hidden.

Also the way that you wrote Ivan is spectacular, you definitely made him from someone that was frail and aloof in the begging of the story to someone that is dangerous, deadly and sharp. He is someone that has more then a few skeleton in his closet but for this game he is Alfred bets chance on surviving, even if he does know more then he is saying (Alfred “ Uniform” was a good hint).

which is something that I’m glad that you change from the original series, I’m not going to spoil anything but it will definitely make future event with Alfred even more interesting.

Speaking of there relationship Ivan is absolutely head over heals for Alfred and the dates that they spent together were sweet and funny, even if Ivan was hinting at Alfred that he is someone that he cherished above everything ( it definitely took Alfred a wile to get the hint. ) And that is going to be extremely dangerous for his friends and family later on, especially for poor Romano who has a crush on him.

I honestly felt bad for him because of him having to deal with Third obsession with him and that obsession soon becoming deadly for all his relationship, it was sad when he loss Emma as well when he had to cut ties with Alfred just so he can try to save his life (only for it to be pointless in the end).

I’m sorry if my review is a little long but there are still a lot of things I would like to say about your story like a bit more about Alfred and Matthew, there parents, Francis and Jeanne, Deus and tony, the other players and even Kiku. But I don’t want my review to be too long and with a certain someone appearing soon, I think that it might best to include the rest next time. Anyway thank you for the story so far I’am really enjoying it, I’m looking forward to the next chapter but please take you time because it look likes the next chapter might be a slaughter. - ( you weren’t kidding when you said it was going to be brutal. )

Hi! I’ve been reading this for a while and I never said this but I love this and I can’t wait to see what will happen! Sadly I’ve watched some of the anime a couple years ago so I got a spoiler, but I didn’t watch the whole anime. I do know who dies and stuff so that sucks but I hope Matthew doesn’t die because he’s Alfred’s brother and whatnot :(.
