I think what I loved the most about your story was the relationship between Harri, Hermione, Parvati and Lavender, y'know girl power! and all that jazz. I love it. The fact you didn't mindlessly bash Ron really pleased me even if it's clear he's not your favorite character. I love the fact she went with Lee at the ball and had fun contrary to Harry in the books and I'm so happy with the way your story is progressing (I love fem!Harry/Cedric pairings but I was scared it would progress too quickly) so the fact you're making all of you characters develop and not just Harri, is really nice.

I love your bonus chapter. I also thought Harri (Harry) would have such a great advantage being a Parseltmouth. I'm glad you include it here. Cant wait for the next chapter.

If you continue on to book 6 it would be interesting to see how Fleur’s time at the Weasley’s will be different because of Harri’s sisterly relationship with her.

Absolutely adore this fic. Very well written,and other than a fairly 2 dimensional !badDumbledore that we haven't actually seen really yet, I find your characters to be very well written.

I loved Fred, George, Parvati, Hermione, and Lavender in this chapter! Totally unsurprised that it was Cormac McClaggen that took issue with Harri not feeling like partying with a bunch of people who thought she was a liar. As for Ron, that’s where the whole “forgive, but don’t forget” thing comes into play. I hope he steps up, but historically he’s just too lazy. A little surprised that he actually said the words “I apologize” to Harry. That was a nice change from the books where he just half-assed a quasi-apology without actually saying sorry.

Great chapter! And it was marvelous to see Harri’s true supporters. I hope Mio (Hermione) caught that Ron was still being an ass though.

Not sure why Hermione would have a crush on Ron since he was so mean to her the year before and has always been dismissive of her. Frankly, I didn’t see ANY evidence of Hermione having a crush on Ron in canon until 6th year, and even then, it came off as very contrived the way JK Rowling wrote it. Definitely none in fourth year. I mean, really all that was about was making sure Harry got one big happy Weasley family. Rowling didn’t put Ron and Hermione together for Ron and Hermione. She put them together for Harry. Ick. It bothers me when a lot of adults (and I’m an adult myself) make light of two kids or teenagers always fighting and say that they’re meant to be together because they bicker “like an old married couple.” Nope, that just teaches girls it’s okay for boys and men to talk down to them and make it seem like their interests and achievements aren’t as important. If Hermione really got with Ron, she’s always have to hold herself back because he’s got such a fragile male ego that he wouldn’t be able to celebrate her successes without feeling overshadowed himself. In the flipside, Ron needs someone nurturing and willing to let him shine. That’s not Hermione. That being said, I TOTALLY disagree with Rowling’s later interview where she said Harry and Hermione should have ended up together. Nope, they’re siblings!

As for Harri and Cedric, I face-palmed when Cedric made that comment about not everyone being able to be famous [like Harri]. I mean, didn’t they JUST have that conversation on the train about her parents and her fame? How’d he forget so quickly? At least he stuck up for her eventually, but only after she spelled it out VERY clearly for him. Go, Susan Bones! I hope she tells Harri that she believes her. From what I remember, Susan wasn’t involved in the bullying of Harri over the Heir if Slytherin debacle. That was Ernie Macmillan, Hannah Abbott, and Justin Finch-Fletchley (until he got petrified). And Justin was the ONLY one who bothered apologizing to Harry in canon. Ernie and Hannah can go suck a metaphorical dick...always felt like Neville deserved better than Hannah. If Susan becomes friends with Harri, can we have more of the girls’ friendship in upcoming chapters! I really enjoyed Harri, Hermione, Lavender, and Parvati all hanging out and becoming closer! You have Lavender and Parvati some much-needed depth...just because they care about their appearances doesn’t mean they’re vapid! Also, does Neville believe Harri?

Another great chapter! And while it is disheartening you are portraying Hermione accurately for her age I believe. Honestly though, I don’t like Ron all that much and hope that Hermy sees through her crush. Are you gonna have someone tell Harri about her family history(perhaps Susan? Then they could become friends/allies maybe)? That may make things go smoother for her in the long run. Though I guess that may be a bit much to add on top of the tournament. Regardless this is your fanfic and you are doing great with it.
