Present Mic really comes off as an idiot here. Quirks are basically a Gacha in what you are going to get so their are definitely going to be Quirks that make you wish you were Quirkless like the guy with his eyes falling out of his head and the guy with extended fingers which would make grabbing things with his hand nearly impossible. Also, How long do you think it would take for the U.A. Staff to get fired if they DID deny him only for Izuku to become the #1 Vigilante and when the numerous people he saves asks why he is Vigilante instead of a Hero, he tells them the Truth causing U.A. reputation to plummet and the "Pro-Heroes" working there to be derided as Cowards.

You realize that you CAN give Izuku a Superpower that has nothing to do with Quirks, right? He will still be Quirkless as he lacks the gene which is what made fics where Mjolnir or Stormbreaker declared Izuku 'Worthy' funny. Their is even a fic where Izuku becomes Shazam, A Magical Girl while still being a Boy, A Sorcerer and Dr. Strange's apprentice, as well as the Superior Spider-Man. I really wish that their were Fem Izuku fics where she became a Magical Girl. The Thing about Quirks based powers in MHA is that most of them are too damn easy to counter so giving the MC an outside Superpower would force those who are dependent on said counters like Overhaul, All for One, Neito and Aizawa into improvising.

Think you are laying on the quark less hate a bit to thick. Random murder by cop doent happen outside of dictatorships or the like.

I seriously doubt there are that many people with Quirks, be they from the law or civilian side of life, that would senselessly murder Quirkless people, except a select few individuals. At best, they ignore them. At worst, they treat them like trash, best example of this being Katsuki Bakugo's treatment of Izuku Midoriya when he learned his former friend was Quirkless and probably even Enji Todoroki aka Endeavor, who values power beyond anything else.

Hmm!

The hate against Quirkless people is too real. I could say it's on par with the hatred ordinary people in Marvel Comics exhibit against Mutants. The contrasting parallels are alarming, to say the least.
And Izuku is observant enough to pick out those facts always. Quirkless but extremely powerful beyond measure.

Oh Izuku! Downplaying your real power and your worth for the sake of others that contributed against Nomu and the LoV, even if you're the one that ultimately beat the villains to retreat, with the heroes on sight beaten badly by Shigaraki, Kurogiri and Nomu respectively despite the heroes giving it their all.

Oh my! On top of worrying for his mother, Izuku has to worry about protecting his friends from the LoV at the USJ.
