Corwyn chapter 7 . 7/28 Wow. Loving this story so far. Thanks for sharing it with us. |
zigmas chapter 7 . 7/5 HEY?! I want MORE! Also, Worm is full of "adult responsible heroes" with less brains than Taylor's bugs. Some with less brains than Taylor's COSTUME, lol. |
zigmas chapter 1 . 7/5 MWAHAHAHAHAHA! Not that I know much (or anything) about the CANON Danny (once again - I haven't as much as read a single PAGE of the utter shit that is Worm canon, ALL of my knowledge of it coming from various fanfics) - but this is LOOOL! And it's not even a one-shot. MWAHAHAHAHAHA! |
Armiture chapter 7 . 5/6 I guessed wrong, as per usual but the Queen of Escalation got a two-for so I don't mind at all. Though technically Glory Girl was the only truly accidentally affected hero while Brandish basically committed the superhero version of suicide by cop by attacking the daughter of Ragnarok after being warned off. Considering what a bitch Carol is, I'm surprised that she's not killed off more often. Initially I was surprised that Amy tried to stop Carol, then I realized it was January 3rd, so perhaps she still cared enough about Carol back then to try to keep her "mom" from being killed. Back to the Shard Bar interlude, I forgot to mention that the personification of Taylor's QA shard using two smart phones at once while carrying on another conversation was pretty funny and clever. So was the "mad dog" personification of Sophia's power. |
Armiture chapter 6 . 5/6 Well, that was an interesting development but why didn't the previous chapter get a trigger warning for Sophia's overt suicide? I'll make a WAG that Taylor accidentally kills Armsmaster in the second part to complete the set of demoted leaders. |
Armiture chapter 5 . 5/6 Wow. Sophia did a FU suicide. You sure did some interesting contrasts in how each of the chief tormentors died. Good job on Gladly too, the irony of his being badly injured by the suicide prevention bars on the windows was hilarious. Though I'll admit that later I did realize that they were break-in prevention bars when the classroom turned out to be on the first/ground floor. |
Armiture chapter 4 . 5/6 (Dr. Evil Voice On) Is it too much to ask for Hercules Beetles with frickin' disintegraters in their heads! (Dr. Evil Voice Off) That said, kudos for giving new meaning to the phrase "Bug bomb". |
Armiture chapter 3 . 5/6 Oh my. An ANGRY Taylor is not a good thing. IIRC the one time she got truly angry in canon Tagg and Alexandria died. I'd pity the Terrible Trio and their minions if they hadn't brought it upon themselves. Ooh, I wonder if the bugs she controls will fire the purple disintegration beams? |
Armiture chapter 2 . 5/6 How interesting, Ragnarok has built his own version of Mjolnir. Looks like feeling sentimental about home is also an abstract concept to Ragnarok. I wonder how Taylor will feel about it later. |
Armiture chapter 1 . 5/6 Not sure how I missed this one, looks like the app doesn't notify you of new stories. In any case, I didn't think you could exceed the coolness of the John Wick version of Danny but I was wrong. Heh, I'm sure that in their minds, everyone calls him Overkill, not Ragnarok. I'm looking forward to reading more of this story. Vaporization is too good of Sophia but then so is getting eaten slowly by insects but that's just my opinion of the oxygen thief. |
Cereburn chapter 7 . 4/27 Nice bit of venting on the school and Brandish. |
Firehedgehog chapter 7 . 4/18 yiiikes |
erik chapter 7 . 4/14 I somehow missed this great update, thank you. |
TaraLi chapter 7 . 3/11 This is exactly the kind of thing people who try to argue against the ending of "The Cold Equations" don't get. It really doesn't matter how hard you try to keep people out of shit, they just won't believe that sometimes, the warning signs are there for a reason, and that the signs do apply to *them*. I might feel sympathy for a 5 year old child. For Brandish or Glory Girl - none what so ever. |
deathgeonous chapter 7 . 3/4 Yeah, this is the logical extreme, emphasize on EXTREME. Still, nice fic here so far. Thanks for writing this, and bye for now. PS, you are a kinda hit or miss writer with me. I've decided to spend some time rereading and reading your fics, all of them, and I started with Hope and then went on to Celestial. Really couldn't stand Hope and Celestial? Wasn't quite to my liking at this moment, might give it another try latter. Still, this one was fun... |
