By the fourth shinobi war naruto could gather natural energy within a second. Why would he expect it to take a few minutes. Also why do magic seals appear when he uses his techniques I mean I can kind of guess why but what I really want to know is why can't he just keep his chakra?
On another note what is wrong with coral for isobu and scale powder for choumei?
