You really should remove the term crocodile tears in this chapter, crocodile tears imply fake tears, insincere tears which cannot be the case here.

I've had to skim through most of this, but my first recommendation would be to get a beta. There are so many grammar mistakes, it makes it difficult to be immersed in the story. You may also want to read YA books on romance to figure out how teenagers talk to each other. The dialogue is very stilted and forced, and none of it seems to flow properly. And the way you approach conflict resolution is very inaccurate. Someone that dislikes Harry that much is not going to have an immediate and sudden 180 turn because of one line. That's not the way the human mind works. The story has a lot of potential, and some of the scenes are very cute, but overall this story needs to be touched up in basically every chapter.
