Toby860 chapter 3 . 8/7 The only thing that comes to my mind is that she's an alternate version of Bell cranel from the dark souls universe. And with this story is off to a good start so far I do like it a lot |
taimurpro chapter 3 . 8/2 Aw man this ended too fast :((( Well you got me hooked Concept sounds interesting and cool and it caught my attention Now i am waiting for the inevitable drama between the gods and the fighting scenes and the secrets Cinder will reveal The writing is okay in my opinion There is just an issue with spelling and grammar that i noticed a few times which happens and is normal I am looking forward for more updates I love it |
TheLostLordOfCinders chapter 3 . 7/5 Hey here’s to hoping that you find the will and resources to update this story *performs the toast guesture.* |
gold crown dragon chapter 3 . 6/28 i would say praise the sun...but maybe when there is an update |
D1NGORED chapter 3 . 10/8/2019 This is interesting. They’re now siblings. I want to see how you’ll explain this as we go forward. Beyond that will others come from the bonfire |
Shadowhorror chapter 3 . 8/27/2019 Very good story keep the good work :) writing it |
PasiveNox chapter 3 . 8/24/2019 oooh noce |
dereturd chapter 3 . 8/23/2019 Well hey! Welcome back. Glad to see this is still updating. Initially, I thought Cinder's update was low because it just converted her stats to Dark Souls' style. Like, one point in levelling would make a big difference for her. Can't wait for more though. Fingers crossed that there'll be a boss/demon from Lothric that will challenge Bell and fight Cinder. |
Mann856 chapter 3 . 8/23/2019 I LOVE IT can't wait to see the next chapter |
VGBlackwing chapter 3 . 8/23/2019 technically she not level one her true power relied on the souls of monsters, fallen heroes, demons, human husk (the first stage that the best I can describe them), dragons, and fallen Gods her powers revolves around them and their souls so for her to go into another dimension kinda make since for the gods in Denanchi they relied on God blessing they only see Results and how much pruna they acquire so their ability to see their stat are only for the body and mind not the soul so for Cinder being the weakest in danmachi is a understatement because she basically the strongest being even higher then the gods |
Guest chapter 2 . 5/30/2019 interesting...I like how you put incarnation of kings on the stat sheet, because that is the japanses translation of the Soul of Cinder. |
Havel the Hebel chapter 2 . 5/30/2019 she level 1 huh, so i assume that real cinder's soul level not compatible with the new system so the falna system just flat out set it as base stats. neat. let's see how you abuse ds game mechanics even more, I love another "how to be op and break the dungeon" series. yeah fire link set wear chain mail and it looks like there is no anything underneath it, cause they so Fricking thin. but its far more dangerous wearing just chainmail compare to just Gamberson. |
Warlus999 chapter 2 . 5/29/2019 Cinder praising the sun. Hehe, as much as I want to, I can not get that mental image out of my head. Hehe. The chapter is undoubtedly respectable and long. And even though I ate those three thousand words in less than ten minutes, I am fascinated with this continuation. An interesting first chapter apart from the prologue, and a fun way to introduce ourselves to the story. Even so, that left a couple of questions unanswered... 1) Why did Cinder react in that way to Hestia's blood? I know, it's the blood of a goddess and the whole thing. But Dark Souls does not specialize too much in that field to make that reaction. Especially 'Restore Ember'. The Ember is the only item that can 'Restore Ember', and it has nothing to do with blood. The closest thing to what I can relate, are the Divine Blessing. Which were blessed by Gwynevere. But it also has nothing to do with her blood, being herself a goddess. The theories that I have, is that the blood itself wasn't the one that 'Restored Ember', but the union to her family. Every time we defeat a boss we 'Restored Ember' ourselves, while we kill enemies from other worlds. Something we do in honor of a 'Covenant'. Maybe joining the [Hestia Family], is the same as the 'Covenants' of Dark Souls. Only that it gives you the 'Restored Ember' when joining, instead of farming specific objects. Second theory. The same thing happens with the Abyss Watchers. That being united through blood, this same fire in honor of the lords of the ash. But that would not make sense. Yhorm, Aldrich, Lothric and Lorian, can be restored ember without the need of the blood pact. Honestly, this action is more linked to Bloodborne than to Dark Souls. But since. Then you will answer this question. 2) How does Cinder know the pact of the gentlemen of sunlight? I know, this same one is in Lothric at the foot of a statue almost destroyed. And right there they give you the gesture too. But ... Why would she have so much respect for him to even pose? I only get the pose by pure personal fanservice. In the world of Dark Souls 3 there is no one left to divulge the words of the gentlemen of sunlight. Why would she have so much respect for Nameless King and the sun, if there was only a disembodied statue on her way? 3) Level 1? Seriously? I know there is an explanation and all that. But he could not avoid having a stroke for a few seconds. However, I loved this new chapter. You're starting to put secondary characters too early for my taste. I would have waited a bit to introduce Tsubaki, but since. It's your fic, not mine. I loved it and already. Cinder begins to possess several dejavus in question to its origin and to the dungeon. And what is inside him. As well as a special mention to Yorshka. A character wasted in Dark Souls, but that gave some context to Cinder as a link. For her to remember it specifically, it should not be a coincidence. Being that this is a new world inhabited by gods. And there was no memory of Nameless King or Gwyndolin, or the Lords of Cinder, who are considered as "gods". Cinder and Yorshka must have their past for her to remember. Without more to say, I also look forward to the third chapter. Bye! (PS: Cinder Cranel, eh ... This is going to create several funny confusions.) |
dereturd chapter 2 . 5/29/2019 I would say the 'Praise the Sun' is the best gesture, but my favorite gesture in DS3 is 'Stretch Out'. Hope to see more gestures, it'd be great for Cinder to make a 'Toast' but she had to sit down first. Anywho, progression! I do want to hear the explanation as to why there were some incidents in the city when Cinder got herself blessed with Falna. It looks alright so far, so keep it up. |
PasiveNox chapter 2 . 5/29/2019 ohhohohohohoho nice nice |
