KO awesome chapter, Izuku and Katsuki sure had a great match as the J-Force won meanwhile Mirko is fighting Toga as things may get intense even for her when the psycho girl is about to come at her crazy.

I see. Izuku lost because he stupidly decided to use an untested technique in battle as well as would have been tired from his earlier difficult battles while Bakugou had gotten easy opponents. Fighting a Metapod and a guy who is literally weak against his attacks would be pretty simple after all. He is lucky that the technique didn't blow up in his face. The recoil from his Technique as well as Bakugou's attack is what did him in. You also wrote it in a way that readers can't legitimately get pissed over Izuku losing to Bakugou after beating the much stronger Nomu and Todoroki. I hope Izuku learns from this. To be honest, I can't see WHY people like Bakugou but hate Kirito from Sword Art Online when the things that they both pull off are pretty BS. I DO like the fics where Bakugou crows about being the next #1 in a fic where that goal is completely unreachable for him due to Crossover Characters being brought over from their world who lack the convenient weaknesses that 95% of Quirks have or the MC becomes One Punch Man.

One thing that annoys me about Bakugo's Shonen protagonist instincts is that they only exist because the author wanted them to not for a legitimate reason that was explained in Universe. Most Shonen protagonist's get their instincts from the need to survive their childhood against those far stronger than they were. Goku needed them to survive living in the woods, Luffy needed them to survive the Wolves and Garp, Naruto needed them to avoid the villagers, Ichigo needed them to take on the gangs after him, Natsu needed them to survive everything that happened in his childhood prior to entering Fairy Tail, Ranma needed them to survive his father's insane training plans. Bakugo had spent his entire childhood harming those weaker than he was while illegally using his Quirk to train somehow. A Danger Sense comes from someone used to being in highly dangerous situations something that Bakugo clearly only has sometimes seeing as the Sludge Villain was able to take him off guard yet he can somehow detect attacks from behind most other times in the series. Aizawa made just as poor a first impression with me and I would love to see a fic where the MC is a Demon and Bakugo was killed by Sludge and Aizawa killed by the Nomu where both end up in Hell. Bakugo for obvious reasons and Aizawa due to crushing the hopes and dreams of many would be heroes as well as his enjoyment in causing children to suffer under him. I wouldn't be surprised if some of those students that were expelled by him committed suicide seeing just how big a deal some people saw entering UA as. Uraraka is a perfect example. If she didn't get into UA she would have likely done so. There are even a couple of fics that have that as a plot point.

Honestly, one thing I don't like about U.A. is them being called the best Hero School in the World and yet didn't notice the obvious Red Flags that Katsuki should have sent off with getting 0 Rescue Points in canon along with his overly violent behavior and tenancy to shout death threats. I call BS that no Villain thought to have someone infiltrate U.A. using their Entrance Exam against them and was somehow caught later on.

I really hope you cover more of Jforce's life as a pro hero even after he takes down Shigaraki. Maybe even introduce new antagonists. A quirkless villain would be really interesting.

If you have izuku lose to any of them I'm gonna be pissed. He's way stronger than them I know he won't go all out on them but he doesn't need to is the thing.

He had better be able to easily beat them all with everything he has been through and all his quirks.
