I congratulate you on finishing this story. I enjoyed reading it. I look forward to seeing what you write next as your stories are definitely worth reading.

There were parts of this story that seemed a bit too choreographed and predictable to me, especially towards the end. I know that is typical of this genre, but I felt the beginning of the story was more original than the conclusion and that perhaps you felt like you needed to stick with your prearranged storyline rather than following through on where your story could go.

If you decide to write an epilogue, I would like to know if Emma did indeed tell Elton's father and what the end result was and whether Emma's father and Ms. Bates get their own HEA.

While Emma's defense of Jake is sweet, it seemed a bit too predictable that he was there to hear it.

I am glad that Jake has been told by Frank to treat Emma like an adult. This is something that he needed to hear.

BTW, I just recently found out myself that blond is masculine and blonde is feminine so Frank needs to be a blond.

I love your works, and it becomes better, I think. There's a lot of fluffy sweetness in your stories, but your manner of writing makes it digestable) I like your manner - your way of describing feelings, thoughts, people etc.

Gosh, so happy to see you updated the last 2 chapters... i really love your story and the ending is just perfect. Feels like this is the fanfic i kinda always searched for, with my fav 2 characters and a lot of tense, problems, heartbreak and a happy (realistic) ending involved. And btw you handled the topic so good, with all the monologues involved and especially that Jake had his worries about him and Em - I liked it a lot. Keep this up, you're a good writer!
