I feel kind of bummed out that you didn't go back to the turtle faunus guy (sorry, forgot his name), with the team trying to help him out of the shitter. That would've been really nice and wholesome.

This arc was incredibly satisfying to read. I think you did an excellent job depicting the lovecraft horror-esque atmosphere, and I love the nods to the eldrich tropes you made. Hype for the next arc, keep up the good work my dude!

Tip #1. If someone defeated the world's greatest evil of their time, is a living legend and has a team of badasses with her, do not assume she is will blindly walk into your 'master trap' and be defeated instantly.

Yeah, these guys really underestimate RWBY. Can't wait to see how much they're going to regret it soon.

The atmosphere you have set up with this story is great, especially since this is your first story. I am intrigued and can’t wait for what you have in store.

Only critique is to separate different characters dialogue, as to make it easier to keep track of who's saying what. other than that, I'm interested on where this is going.

Just read through and good stuff, creative ideas. Only note would be to maybe split the paragraphs into smaller chunks, spread the text. Can help to focus the reader on the dialogue and such.
