This story is a nice alternate look that gives some insight that canon didn’t provide, but it lacks a lot of snappiness and uniqueness. Is Izuku the protagonist or not? Because it sounds to me like his ambitions are small and he’s holding himself back to an insane degree. Probably most significant is that his smarts and talent for analysis have practically vanished. I know there’s justifications, but this is a work of superhero fiction.

Hey your unlikely to see this before any major updates happen but I've read a few of these all for one fics and it just dawned on me. Recovery girl is probally one of the most important assets the heros have she's old like getting to the point were she should have gone into a nursing home old. But none of these fics ever adress the fact they have a "good" quark swapper on there side. Wouldn't if be logical for a medical professional who has that kinda power especially in a school want to teach? Like how hard would it for her to ask izuku to help her give her quark to a quarkless or someone with a medical quark who's younger so UA and the heros don't lose there best healer?

Personally I would like to see allmight and them try to capture a nomu to see if removing the quarks demutates them you already shown it works to some degree. Maybe enough let the people be "saved"

Can he not use multiple quirks at once? You always describe him switching between them, but it's never been outright stated.

Also, why do you call him midoriya and not Izuku? He's the protagonist.

I hope Izuku gets more Nomu quirks,
And can Izuku only use one quirk at a time?
Also, I was thinking, if Monoma copies Izuku’s quirk and then takes someone’s quirk and doesn’t return it by the time Izuku’s quirk runs out, wouldn’t the quirk just be destroyed, or would Monoma keep that quirk?
It would really depend on if the quirk or the body stores the other quirk, and since Izuku seems to only have access to one at a time, and he “puts away” a quirk to use a new one, it seems like the quirk holds the power/other quirk and Monoma would end up destroying the quirk.
