Perfumes in a medieval world would be quite valuable. There is a glut of cheap perfume in the modern world he could buy for little. I'd buy a bunch of them, leaning towards natural scents like flowers and what not and use them for trade goods.

Spices were also incredibly valuable given the difficulty in traveling. And those are also easy to acquire in the modern world. Stock up.

Also why do I get the feeling this version of the Fable verse is from your Hero Gothic story will this version of Slayer Gothic run into other versions of Gothic if so that'd be pretty cool maybe have him run into that demon double from the OG story have sort of an archenemy maybe hes built an army for himself I cant remember if he copied any memories or not also Gothic and Girls could probably visit Mass Effect and/or Halo for some more advanced technology
