You asked, and I answered. So based on this first chapter, I can say that I agree with how you created your Rias Gremory. Especially since compared to the official gremory personality, she's a little more approachable, especially when you consider her supposed high-class facade that she puts up at school. As a pointer, I suggest that you keep up the approachable air that you've developed for Rias, and possibly expand upon it.

I love this. This is such a perfect fluffy story. I hope Ise doesn’t end up with the Boosted. Having him just be human and them dealing with it until something comes up to make him a part of their world would be so different from anything else. All of your single relationship fics are excellent. The Issei/ -Akeno -Rias -Kuroka stories are some of my favorite in fandom. His Angel is good too, but the others really hit my sweet spot.

A little short, but jam-packed with fluffiness.

Rias displaying her ignorance of peasant things was more endearing than anything else, probably because there was no arrogance there. That's she's competitive just makes her cuter, and you did a great job of showing how much fun something new can be when you get to do it with a friend.

Damn kids, making Whimsy all nostalgic and stuff.

Akeno was a secret stand-out there, quietly giving Rias the space she needed to have fun and then having her own fun afterwards was just so her.

And of course Chow is loaded, why wouldn't he be?
