This is an interesting concept, but the average citizen of this country is too powerful. Please nerf them a little, or give them the position of mercenaries or adventurers. Nobody that powerful would be spared from recruitment spiels from the other nations and organizations.

Is this a one shot? Could you consider doing another chapter? I havent been able to find a similar fanfic :(

Sounds cool. But Seriously, tier 3 ON AVERAGE! That's a fly spell, fireballs, and lightnings! I recall only 1 in 1,000 out of MAGIC CASTERS even reaches that level. Like maybe 2 or 3 dozen per country! Maybe on AVERAGE (Anyone) could use magic aka tier 0. The majority could achieve tier 2 with spirits. Good 1% had tier 3. Now that's more realistic. Otherwise, that country is a Superpower bigger and bader than Nazarick. Also, I like Keno story, just make sure she gets character and that Momonga is TRULY OP! And HIM becoming next monarch under the pretense of Supervising Keno or something. That's at least how I see his character in OP scenario. But seriously! No Demon god can slay a country of tier 3 citizens. I mean all you need is 20 or so CITIZENS spamming likes of Battle Pleiades (Demon God level) with fireballs and lightnings while flying. Seriously! That's not even a bit too much, that's wayyyy too much power! Adventure teams must be casually Tier 4-5 starting silver and higher, and let me remind you that blue rose almost beat a Demi-god level threat while ONE caster was doing damage by spamming with a single spell. HOW IN THE WORLD ARE DEMIGODS (Level 50-60) Suppose to DESTROY COUNTRIES if you have a nation of people where about ANYONE is Mithril Level Caster and all the way up to and higher than Adamantite Hero level! Those Demon Gods won't be able to take out an UNPROTECTED VILLAGE if on AVERAGE you have people of tier 3, meaning some must be tier 2 and some with Tiers 4-5 living as FARMERS and fighting on par with Evileye herself. She alone gave a beating to Entoma who is said to be Demon God level threat with Danger Rating of 150. Now, hear me out, HOW IS ANYTHING UNDER LEVEL 80-100 SUPPOSE TO SLAY A NATION OF LEVEL 20 Humans (Minimum level required for Tier 3 EVEN WITH SPIRITS)! And where a serious percentage of people can spam tier 5 spells meaning they are Death Knight Soul Eater Dragon busting at the very least Mid-tier humans! A nation of Blue Roses and Evil Eyes! THEY ARE THE CALAMITY! HUMANS AREN'T THAT STRONG IN NEW WORLD! PLEASE NERF!

It feels like you copied the magic system from fimilar of zero and melded it with the teir system. In the LN version of the evil eye side story the country she grew up in was primarily an elementelist country ( if you dont know what I'm talking about go to the sub Reddit and click on the second post it's being translated as of this post.

Also please right longer chapters this is giving me vibes that this story won't last long at all, feels kinda laxy

OP Momonga is not really what i like to see, since he is already quite OP in his original story, but the idea is quite good, i really wish you good luck with this since i can say it will be difficult to write. So many OCs and a completely different story will really push you to your limits as a writer; i hope to see mire soon... by the way KEENO BEST WAIFU!
