So, never read a Daria fic in my life, searched the topic on a whim. Landed on this, and I don't know what it is about this story but I really enjoyed it. Maybe it's because I related a little having just turned 34 myself. Probably more because I knew of the characters and hadn't thought of them in a while, and this proved a very nice continuation and conclusion to their stories. In any case, it is a hell of a story, and thank you for sharing it.

The dynamic of Daria, Jane, and Trent is one of the severely few things in this world I truly love. You have done very well.

I was worried you had dropped off the face of the earth. But so glad to see this, made my afternoon much better. Are you going to do the Trent POV fic? I remember you were tossing that idea around wasn't sure if you decided or not. Congrats on the new place and thanks for the update.
This was a great fic, mainly because it was believable. You didnt just haphazardly throw everyone together, you carefully laid out how Daria got sucked back into Lawndale and how things jad changed since.
This is my favorite Daria fanfic. Thank you.

Okay that totally made my day..actually it will have to make my next two weeks since you're working on the wrap up.
I would love a trent pov story but I've always have a soft spot for Trent.
Nice to have cameos from the other band members though.
I think someone else mentioned how binge worthy this fic is and it is. You can't stop reading, next thing you know it's am hour and a half later and you are on the last chapter and wanting to know more.
I've said it before and I will say it again I love the realism in this story, like you can walk into Lawndale and see all these characters.

How many good points to this story? I am sure I would miss a few but I will list some of my favorites.
1) a realistic Trent/Daria pairing.
2) Jake is Jake from canon and saves the day
3) very well done original characters in Lex and Simon, and others.
4) good development of an older Trent's life and career.
5) HexStacy? precious.

Chapter 19 is sweet and funny. I like the gradual approach to Trent and Daria getting together. Thanks ever so much.
