Seems like I read a story quite a while back ... Aro had the ability to tell who a vamp's maker was scent. He could smell who's venom made the new vampire. I don't remember all the details, but Bella had multiple vampire's venom in her. Aro asked, "Was she made by committee?"

That line has stuck with me. It was hilarious.

Glad Alice just came out with it. All of them contributing to her rebirth and all that.

The over-the-top coddling of Bella is kind of disgusting. Good Lord.

Her self-centeredness is incredible. If that's what you were aiming for, you nailed it.

Jacob just blurting things seems to be a needed reality check. Can't blame him for being angry. Bella wants him around, so even though it hurts him, he's around.

Poor Edward can't handle things not going his way. Though he does seem to enjoy the self-flagellation.

Sweet Seth. Perhaps he can be Alice's ray of sunshine.

I almost feel sorry for Alice, having to give up Jasper. She seems to be doing the best she can.

So far, I don't hate Alice! I usually don't like her much. You're writing her well. I'm slightly more sympathetic to her.
