Optimus,
Has the personality of a commander, leading his soldier's while in battle,
Out of battle, his personality is that of a parent, being firm yet understanding.

Arcee,
While i cannot fully explain, what i can say for sure, is that her personality,
in the beginning, was that of a loner due to Airachnid,
through somewhat of jack, she opened her spark to those around her,
while still being hard-pressed to trust in other's not of the team(smokescreen at the time)

Bumblebee,
His personality is more of a teenager type, but he fought in the war long enough,
that while he IS friendly, one cannot forget what he has been through,
he has witnessed war, so he KNOWS the darker side of things.

Smokecreen,
His personality, has him wanting to prove himself to the team,
he KNOWS he has to fight, he also knows he has to potentially kill
like the others' do, but since he was forced into stasis for his "trip"
he hasn't entirely witnessed the darker aspects' of war,
He knows it and is ready for it, but he IS still a rookie in comparison to bumblebee.

Ratchet is where exactly, in all of this?
