These saiyans are seriously stupid. I guess if they don't train natural strength they'd probably die in such dumb manners though.

Well, I guess in a society where everyone knows how to use ki it might be possible that they don't know that you can naturally increase your strength.

This is a great start. You've managed to make it slightly believable that he doesn't know what's going on while only making him look slightly dumb.

I'm glad this isn't dead. The Tuffle/Saiyan war is a pretty unique narrative and doesn't get explored much. Though I assume that it's just the beginning of this story. The multiple Saiyan prince thing is interesting. It would make sense that they don't always have 1 son.
