Very good story and great introduction to the different abilities that Naruto is usibg, my only complaint is the lack of explanation behind his missing eye. Although I would've liked if he had aquired new shadow beasts it's nothing that can't happen later.
Since you made this story so well I believe that you would well suited to make a story were Naruto has the abilities of Lee Syaron from '(CCS)Card Captor Sakura' and the remaing sagas. Even some of the abilities from the different worlds visited in the 'Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles'.
I Believe the sealing arts to be highly compatible with some of this abilities, in fact in the 'Clear Card' saga from CCS Sakra captures "rogue" powers and taakes them for herself,we have observe that in the Naruto world that are some special locations where unique phenomenos occor, more can be seen in the different Naruto games like the episode where Naruto has an encounter with the ghost of the twin brother of the Daimto of the Land of Birds or the 'Phantom Fortress' game, this is something that I belive could be easily replicated with the sealing arts and the 'Spritual Energy' that compuses chakra.

Cool story so far but when is Naruto going to increse his army?
Also how about a little Shaman King influence by having hid shadow beasts eitheir turn into weapons or combine with his equipment for unique advantages, like merging Gou with his cloak giving him a winged cloak to either fight or fly? Maybe even launchinghis feathers as some sort of attack. Another idea is crafting tools, armors, potions and wathnot from the corpses of the chakra nutations?

Naruto x Kurenai

Don’t really like how you agent about this chapter but it wasn’t bad

Well it's kind of surprising for me, most fics where naruto gets such a control of some crazy element or powerful one it turns to a very fast progression power wise. Your darkness element seems rather balanced, not very over powered since it has two weaknesses that balance out it's strength so while being unique it isn't much stronger than any other element. This is fine of course, seeing that it makes the progression more akin to a book than a fanfic and I can respect your creative choice, my only worry is how popular the two weaknesses of darkness are. Fire being the most prevalent in Hi no Kuni, with users such as Sauske, kakashi, Asuma, in this form I mean they have at least one strong fire jutsu, and lightning being the entirety of Kumo, meaning that naruto's advantages would either be spamming revived creatures, being overly smart in which he might as well be Nara with the similarities, or branching out to different elements which seems a bit odd due to how much thought you gave his ability. Now I don't doubt you have a plan, after all the story so far is very well written, and I am also eager to see what you have in mind next, I just worry that the ability might be a bit too balanced in a world where there are shinobi that can call down meteors and all of the many powerful bloodlines, which I can only see Naruto truly conquering through some random power spikes which doesn't seem to be your style from what I've read, but with the bout of this being the "legend" so to say of some awe inspiring figure you can see my concern. In any case I look forward to seeing what other changes you have in store, best regards.
