When the SI tries to protect canon, he fails as an SI. The whole point is to change canon. We can just go read/watch the real thing if we wanted to preserve what actually happens.

Ahhh... Unfortunately, you lost me the moment you decided it was a good idea to have Inko adopt him.
You had every chance to not make this another Izuku's sibling/best friend type of story and you went and did it anyway.
Also, how convenient that Inko would be good friends with such important figures. Were there really no other families that could adopt him that they decided a single mother with no father figure in sight was the best option for a kid who saw his parents death and was ripped away from his own world?

Can I say it’s a pretty circumstantial quirk it’s really only useful against quicks that are physical he would loose to most emitter quirks and even the sludge villain could destroy him

One would expect the mc to reflect more on what happened and that he whould be more hesitant to change even the little things b/c he played with the butterfly and now the world is worse for it so you would expect him to panic and hide his knowledge akin to sir nighteye lest the loss of another key player dying and and fucking Kai hissakai kills shigaraki and all might dying in a huge bloody (literal) explosion only for A.F.O to get away scott free

When bullying ends up having real consequences then feeling sorry for the perpetrator is a shitty thing. Saving someone by denying them the chance to take personal responsibility is equally as damaging as letting them get off scot free.

Nice chapter, I like all the character growth you're giving them.
Though I have to wonder, why did Casey "have no choice" after Bakugo had nearly shut down? It's an impressive attack, and I hope to see more of this kind of creativity, but it seems like in the moment where Bakugo was stunned from a headbutt and traumatic mental recoil would be the moment just about any attack or technique would be enough to ring him out.
