I didn't know this until now, even though this is my second or third or even fourth time reading this story (and I still love it), but rest in peace. Your wittiness will (hopefully) be forever preserved in fanfic and in our memories. :) (In case others were wondering, I went through the reviews and saw someone post about the author- she died mid-June '05 due to breast cancer.
