Reading this next chapter, I'm certain of it, "Mikado's" first name is Ryoko, not Mikado. She's from To Love-Ru, right? They just tend to call her "Mikado-Sensei", right? In Japan, it's family name first, and most people get called by their family names, unless there are multiple people in the room, in which case they get called by their full name. Also, some anime localizations don't reverse the name in English, so you might have been confused by that. Anime makes things confusing sometimes. Anyways, Mikado Ryoko's married name would be "Hazama Ryoko", not "Mikado Hazama".

I'll be completely honest, Mikado doesn't sound like a woman's name. Ryoko, on the other hand, certainly IS a woman's name.

Look, I hope that she is a trans woman because if not... then I'm going to consider that you just made a female character with a dick because you thought it was HOT! Nice chapter. I liked the lemon scene. I have a few tips for you, only have one person talk for each paragraph. So to avoid confusion of who's talking. Also, have author's notes only at the beginning and end of each chapter.
