I know you haven't updated in a year, but your story is so good and I wanna read more. I love how she's an Ajin and wanna see how she can finally let loose her abilities on the Island. I understand if you can't write or don't want, but I'll be waiting and supporting the story regardless. Hope to see new chapters.

Your mentions of Ajins made me really curious to start reading the manga. I never did since people were saying the anime adaption was not as good. I can't wait to see Guren learn how to utilize her nen-ajin combo properly. I can't wait to read what's next!

I like your portrayal of Guren, a preteen going through puberty yet having these (literal) death defying abilities is bound to be messed up. It's sad that she feels Gon is being distant to her especially since, with her crisis(es?), she really needs someone to genuinely support her. They probably won't even have time to themselves for awhile since it throws Gon into stalking a magic pedo then into a cave for a majority of the phase. Even after that they're stuck on ship for a few hours until he gets knocked out again only to wake up determined to get Killua back. Poor girl must be so lonely and confused.

Also I love your Hisoka, too many times a pairing with him makes him way too ooc; too kind, too soft, or just not chaotic enough. You found a nice balance on where he is batshit insane (and everyone realizes it) for his thoughts and actions but also have a cold rationale leading it that only he understands and agrees with. Guren is so screwed when he finds out her supposed immortality (since we don't know if destroying all traces of her will bring her back or naw), not only does she have to deal with her first crush she has to navigate what's wrong or right with her twisted sense of morality. I say this but I'm still such a hoe for Hisoka so I can see where her weird attraction comes from sobs. Stupid magic pedo and his stupid pretty face.

So...rereading this again and...oh god. Hisoka you piece of shit!? To do that next to Guren!? Oh dear Lord save me. He's such a crazy fucker but I love him regardless.

oof, what a ride! I've got to say...writing that was a bold move, but...it honestly seemed appropriate. It definitely fits Hisoka's character to do something that depraved in front of Guren.
