Do what you will with this information as it was a long time ago it looks like but your writing about how Betty's seizure is not how to correctly help someone with seizures(coming from someone with epilepsy) so you may rewrite that so not to spread false info as many people I meet talk about holding me down and making sure I dont bite my tongue and both are scary to hear as those are not the way to handle it. Just some information!

I've never cut myself, but I definitely have thought about it. I really loved this chapter, and thanks for using my idea. If you use any future ideas of mine, just name me ShortPerson (my last name is Short and I am short lol) This chapter was amazingly written. I've seen quite a few self harm stories, both Riverdale and others, that aren't written that well and the self harm "scene" doesnt seem realistic. Your chapter is the complete opposite. It was sad of course, but it was written in a way that was realistic and had to do with the story. Thanks so much! I love you and your writing! Hi! I really love this story! You've done such a writing it! I love the fact that you use people's ideas as well. I havd one myself.

I know that this is a really sensitive and kind of bad scenario, and it isnt something to be thrown around carelessly, but what if Betty tried to hurt herself? More than her nails digging into her palms?
She's having nightmares and is in physical and emotional pain from the situation she was and is in. She's probably stressed and worried and scared about the trial and whether Evernever will get the punishment he deserves. Maybe she tries to cut herself or overdose or drown in the river like Cheryl. (Or any other ways of self harm that dont pretty much guarantee death or super terrible injuries, though the 3 I listed could definitely lead to that if taken too far)
I think we've had more Betty being hurt than we (and Juggie) can handle, but it seems somewhat realistic with the stress she is experiencing right now.
If this is too sensitive or graphic or bad to you, I completely understand. Self harm is a pretty sensitive and graphic topic for some people. I would not be upset in the slightest if you don't want to use my idea. If not, I have another idea you could use. Whether you want to use just this one, the other one, or both, I dont mind really.

Anyway, my second idea is for Betty to finally snap. (In this scenario, emotionally rather than physically. Though if you use both, this one could be used after Jug or someone saves Betty from hurting herself. (Or if you have any other ideas to use both IF you want {like I said you dont have to}, I'd love to read what you come up with) She is at Jug's house (Ive kinda assumed she's been staying with him now instead of Veronica) and all the stress and pain and worry gets to her and she just goes into this whole panic/anxiety attack or even just bursting into tears and showing how she really feels.

Like I said, I dont mind whether you use one of them or both. Or even if you are uncomfortable with neither. Tbh I hate seeing Betty go through pain, physical or emotional, but I cant think of a logical small scenario where she is happy during the story at the moment. Trust me, if there was a realistic way for her to be happy normal Betty, I would definitely give some ideas.

I hope you can use my ideas, (though u don't have to) because I feel like Betty is hiding her emotions way too much with everything she's going to. She seems ready to snap. Physically or emotionally or even both.
