I’m very pleased with the dialogue in this chapter. The Brat Girl was very entertaining and served as a great reminder that the basic enemies in video games have potential to be fleshed-out characters. I had to stop for a moment to let the hair dryer comment process. If only Neo had heard that! He’d be so proud, yet be speechless. The plot twists of this chapter reminded me of the opening of Inception. Hyped for what’s to come!

Well I for one really liked how you did this chapter and portrayed Nina finally letting go and releasing all her built up frustration and sadness. Yes I've learned from Tails and sonic pals that DeviantArt can be both good and cringey at times so you're safe hahaha.

This chapter is showing Nina slowly letting go of her bad habits, effectively making her into a better woman. Great character development in the making.

I really like the emotions, character development, and premise. I really can't wait for the next chapter because I actually like these two character and the potential they have in their interactions.

Also, I'm smell a 'Nina gets rescued by the Bandicoots' coming along. I'm not the most versed with the lore, and I only really know bits and pieces, but what I do know is interesting enough for me to become invested in this story.

Yes! Let there be weird! Hey, whatever it takes to tell a story. In my experience, stories tend to go wherever, even if it makes me uncomfortable as I write.
The choice to stick the cave and what happened there at the beginning was effective in grabbing attention but also a tad confusing. My brain had to do a little extra work to organize that information, which is intended as a compliment, not a criticism. Thinking is good. Nina could have struggled a little more with her words describing how she felt. The Cortex family does a lot of stomping around when upset, less words in favor of action. That’s just my observation, though.
