Very nice story unfortunately also short. Still it is the best Devil May Cry Fate/stay night Crossover that I was able to find. It is unfortunate because like you showed it have lots of potential. Sparda nature as a demon only revealed at the end means that nothing forced him to go all out at this war which is really believable with what we know about him and his sons achievements. I also think that unlike most servants he was not stronger than when he was alive like Caster from "Fate/Extra".

A great story indeed, it would had been great to see Sparda crushing Gilgamesh to a bloody pulp, but it was nice reading that little paragraph about Sparda and Heracles.

Okay, a nice excerpt of “if Sparda was a Servant” short as hell but I enjoyed this piece. I’ve always wanted to see how that would go. Honestly, probably missed a chance to imagine how Sparda would do against Gilgamesh.

Though that could be better positioned in the Fate/Zero story. Still, nice!
