Haven't seen you in awhile! Nice chapter! Keep in mind Grimmjow has VERY high resistance to poisons and drugs thanks to the quincy askin. This is shown in the novel. And it should be even higher now after the CFYOW novel thanks to taking mayuri's drugs/poisons as well. So if you have enemies that use poisons grimmjow and also neliel are the ideal opponents to fight them. He's received askins poisons and has received fucking mayuri's drugs/poisons to. Neliel also has high resistance. But I doubt its as high as grimmjows now given the fact he's had fucking mayuri's poisons/drugs in his body on top of askins. His resistance theoretically should be higher than hers after the CFYOW novel. But anyways poison users would be screwed against grimmjow.

Yes. Yes they are a match for the kushinada. See hellverse, where a false bankai Ichigo, while hollowfied, was able to slaughter several kushinada with a single Getsuga. This base Grimmjows cero should do the trick.

In my own opinion, Aizens rankings of the espada were extremely flawed. As you said, it was based on raw spiritual power alone. However, this ranking already clearly started to break down with Grimmjow. His abilities were clearly well past that of Nnoitora, yet he was ranked lower. Ulquiorra had high speed regen, powerful ceros and hierro, and one of his most impressive things being his raw speed. So fast that Ichigo, even in bankai release, couldn't register his movement, despite his speed in just plain bankai being lightning level and above. Yet no other espada had such speed, along with the regen. So I do agree with you on the espada ranks.
