I like this story. Davis does seem mature, but he seems like he dosn't have much happiness. Not to mention, he dosn't seem to like soccer as much as he did in the anime. Might I suggest having Kari try to help her best friend have more joy in his life. Also if it's not to much to ask, could Davis and Kari have romantic feelings for each other

Is that neck injury going to be a major thing?

Maybe explain why a six year old Davis is a tactician, and so callus, but 12 year old seems traumitised

Did Davis get hit with the spore I stead of Ken? Cause this seems like the affects given to someone with a dark spore.

Hopefully at one point, the other DigiDestined will learn some survival tricks and fighting skills to defend themselves. Here, it seems Daisuke seems to be the only one capable of doing so. Understandable as he was in a war with a being of space and time.

All of them would need to remove their restraints on killing Digimon. While horrifying for Miyaki (Yolei) and Iori (Cody), Daisuke didn't really hesitate. But it has to be done.

I think Davis/Daisuke (your version of him anyway) has a lot in common with the V-Tamer version of Tai/Tai Yagami in that he was quite literally one of the only "Chosen" to go to the Digital World. They both had to learn how to survive very quickly or die. Obviously, I'm not entirely sure if you made Davis's arc similar to (V-Tamer) Tai but I just think it's interesting that there's similarities.

Will you be changing how Matt/Yamato, Izzy/Koushiro, Joe/Jyou and Mimi are characterised in relation to the original or will they be the same?

Also, I could guess the Mega forms that you'd use for Wormmon, Armadillomon and Hawkmon but I'm not entirely sure that those guesses woud be right.

There's some spelling/grammar/word mix ups but they didn't detract from the story.

Please update I would love to read about what will happen next such as how the older kids besides tai and sora will take to Davis especially Matt knowing that Davis saved TK life

Nice it seems like both of them were infected by the Dark Seeds. I do wonder how this will go from here. Just why and how these two were able to avoid/be consumed by the darkness of the Dark Seed. And just what will happen to them.

wow excellent story, the truth I liked from the beginning, davis tell him his past when he went to the digital world for the first time to other digi destined and I imagine his reaction when I tell them would be quite interesting.
