Reviews for A Matter of Trust
Bkworm4life4 chapter 14 . 4/21
Loved the whole story, especially when the team bonded together to protect and defend Deeks. I also think that Hetty got her point across. I look forward to reading more, keep up the good work!
Vadercat chapter 14 . 4/20
I think she got her point across very well. The team bonded together to protect one of their own even if he was from the original camp. Nicely played story.
20weit chapter 6 . 5/22/2019
loved this chapter but was hoping deeks would say his iconic jungle cat line
Mulderette chapter 14 . 4/14/2019
Loved this whole story. You did a great job writing it and I found it very enjoyable :)
LostForeverInHisEyes chapter 14 . 4/2/2019
Pleased to hear Hetty hadn't expected them to behave. I mean really? As if they would, even if LAPD hadn't been there, they'd have stilled misbehaved a bit.
Giggles over the Gibbs comment!
And there is Hetty's ultimate plan. Well played.
ssl71 chapter 14 . 4/2/2019
Hetty knows her "kids" I mean, team, very well. Good ending to the story.
altarp2408 chapter 14 . 4/2/2019
Great Story. Great ending. and a great show of loyalty among the team and particularly toward Deeks.

If anyone needed to be reminded of the team loyalty, Deeks did after Mosley's actions, of firing him and having him escorted out for standing his ground.

I wondered what will happen now ;)
What is the Hetty's plan, even if I think it is LAPD team that is in more trouble ;)
altarp2408 chapter 13 . 4/1/2019
Hettyyyyy….

She would be watching. Course now the clue that Bates was in one whatever plan Hetty is actually working. And it may be more geared to LAPD than OSP by Grainger's comment.

Gonna be fun to hear the real plan.
LostForeverInHisEyes chapter 13 . 4/1/2019
Yep I can see Eric being incredibly worried about Siberia, his usual work attire certainly wouldn't suit - and where would he surf?

Okay, what has Hetty done with putting something on LAPD desks? And Bates isn't batting an eye about it?

Oh I'm so looking forward to seeing what Hetty says next when she puts them out of their misery. Granger obviously has some clue.
Thanks.
ssl71 chapter 13 . 4/1/2019
Go Hetty! Never, ever underestimate her. Looking forward to the next chapter.
Guest chapter 12 . 4/1/2019
Bates and Grainger letting it get this far? Seems to me they are looking for the explosion rather than controlling it. Which may be a good thing in the long run.

Kensi having to be held back is not surprising (betting she still has something hid away). The team NOT wiling to go the blindfold route is totally understandable, but then Nadine, nor the group from LAPD, would have the experience of dealing with what the OSP team typically has to deal with. Which is the worst of the worst. None of the LAPD group probably have never been held hostage, or tortured like the OSP team. So yeah, blindfolds would not be a welcome thing.

And Deeks doing his best to defuse; doing what his job as liason calls for. (Hope Bates, Grainger and Hetty all make note of that) Whiting suddenly seeing something in a new light. That shot at Deeks even got her attention. The line has been drawn, and even Nate, is not taking that one very well.

Bates and Grainger are really going to have their hands full now.

Getting the popcorn ready for the next chapter.
LostForeverInHisEyes chapter 12 . 3/31/2019
Loved it. The team backing up Deeks was awesome. Loved that you had Callen pull him back to be surrounded by them and that they all just let Kensi go for it. Very cute little meerkats too and Nate's line perfect. Well-done
ssl71 chapter 12 . 3/31/2019
Love how the team totally supports Deeks. Even Whiting was stunned.

Looking forward to the next chapter.
