I also use Zangoose quite a lot. With sword dance, good planning and some good luck I had managed to beat some 'experts' that had a team almost entirely of legendaries. It was fun! Me and my team beating theirs, my Zangoose taking out a legendary with a few dodges and critical hits. Ah, those were good times... Too bad the game bugged and deleted all my data.

Don't worry about it. Take your time with this story.

Aside from a few typos, this chapter was very good... Especially when you consider all the school stuff on top of it so I'm actually surprised there weren't a few more typos or errors(seriously ther was literally only one or two). and so long as you have a valid reason, I'm sure everyone would be fine with you missing an update or two on occasion(just let us know if possible). There are few guarantees in life and, of those, even fewer that can be put on a time table. Keep writing(please... I need to keep reading as I have already finished most decently written fanfics across 3 major sites that I put in my to read folder and the entire library's fiction section).

The Plot thickens!

Anyways, in general, I think this was still good nonetheless. It does have it's flawed, yes, but I really enjoyed it. I'll be checking in for future chapters!

Interesting. Zangoose is rarely touched on as the main character. Or if he was to be touched on, it would have something to do with a Zeviper (mainly them being rivals or something. So, that begs the question. Will Zeviper be in this as well? I honestly hope not. Or, at least, not in that same, typical way. (it's no deal-breaker for me, but it would make me feel little disappointed).

It's also interesting how this story started. It's very mysterious, and already I'm hooked on this idea. I'm just wondering how this will play out in the future.

There are small grammar mistakes as well, to which, I will point them out.

"I yawned, I felt exhausted despite sleeping for so long."

From my experience, I feel that a full stop should've been displayed after "yawned" as I feel that thee should've been a pause when that was said. This wasn't the only time I saw a comma, rather a full stop as well.

Also: "Don't worry, I'll be sure to keep you well-cared for!"."

Full stops are not supposed to be outside of the speech marks. In fact, there shouldn't have even been a full stop there in the first place, as you already had an exclamation mark there.

I am always excited what will happen next when I see that you update your story. Keep it up!

... Okay, I tried waiting and am content to continue doing so... but when you said "when summer begins" for you, is it possible to specify? It already started for me(I've always done homeschooling so I'm clueless here).

New character, liking it, and a potential new one to come soon, can't wait to see more interactions between the characters, and hopefully see more from Bryan and his family, should be really neat.
