It had only just occurred to me, how sweet an early friendship between these two would be and then as soon as I look for a story I find one! And one of high quality and substantial length at that! I've really liked this fic. S-Effect is pretty interesting and Hitoshi is a good friend to Izuku. The plot is similar to the manga but also deviates. I really like how Hitoshi has reacted to being in the Gen Ed course. Hopefully he will transfer in after the Sports Fest.

Good fight. I thought she probably could make it hard to reach the bomb, or have a fake wall or something, but I hadn't expected what she did. And even on Bakugo's side things were different, even tnough he had the same general ideas. It kind'a feels like everyone's more concerned about his methods this time than when it had been against Midoriya. I can think of a few possibilities as to why, but I'm not sure exactly what.

Bakugo is going to get even worse after this, & as you said he will most likely attack downed opponents with extreme prejudice.

I love how far both of them are willing to go for the other's sake. Hitoshi-kun threatened All Might (without knowing it was All Might) because he thought Izu-chan was in danger of, if nothing else, getting his hopes up for nothing. Izu-chan put himself completely at Hitoshi-kun's mercy for the sake of Quirk training. Now Hitoshi-kun gets to train with All Might, which will give him a fighting chance at making it into the Hero course on the first try.

Yeah, I could picture Smol Might doing that for Shinso-kun. :3
