This story is awesome! I love that it's a very serious take on the idea of romance for Ainz, as usually something like this would just be lemons with barely any plot. I hope you update this again very soon!

If you have not included any sex scenes or cringe content, then it should be a T fic. I have seen people posting Rape/NTR/Shota/8 year old kids sex/tentacle, and other cringed content for rated M. And even after reporting to the mods they were never taken down.
I think you should've posted the lemons here.
