So... was there a time skip or something? Or are children able to join a police academy to become officers? Because otherwise shouldn't Midoriya be going to a normal high school, graduating there, and then going to the police academy?

Eh? Izuke IS their leader, why bother being humble? The idea itself is unlikely to survive unless the leader is alive to spread his message, the only way I see the idea surviving without Izuku is dying in some extremely tragic ways by courtesy of the heroes(like on a cross lol). Anyway good chapter.

to start, thanks for the shout out and im male. you are very welcome, though im surprised you could read the review i wrote. im not the best at spelling/Grammar. now to the chapter. i like the fact that toga's getting a little bit more depth rather than "shes just crazy", its still hard to follow exactly what there relationship is, but it seems like that is going to be explored latter, so ill hold my breath. next, the league being split. this is a good idea, if only to expand on the characters. dabi and spinner both don't really get an kind of development, (one of my favorite fan theory's is that dabi is an illegitimate child of endeavor) so it will be neat to see how they develop in this new environment. know to the one thing i absolutely loved, Deku. man, you can really tell that his character is in that spiral of madness, and its really entertaining to watch. but not everything is sunshine and rainbows, i kind of had a problem with tomura. he's mostly a whinny child, but here it seems like that was cranked up. in MHA, tomura was a child, but his tantrums were cold. you could feel the evil radiation off of him. here hes just another dude with a quirk. the dudes visage alone commands an air of villainy. know, as i have said before, i might just be nitpicking if i missed something, but thats my honest to god opinion. everything else in this chapter was good though. however, the ending part was my favorite. we FINALLY get an idea of exactly what deku is fighting for, why hes doing what hes doing. his motivation has become much clearer, know that All For One has been locked up. its going to be interesting to see this Deku VS Tomura battle play out. knowing Tomura he isn't going to take this lying down, thus the two are going to class in a metaphorical chess game, where the stakes is who's message of the new world is spread the most doge, weave, parry. this is going to be quite interesting.

TLDR: i liked it, but i had problems with the pacing and some characters could have had some detailed discriptions. might have missed some things as i read this story in 3 hours on a desktop screen.

i would like to start of by saying, in terms of pacing its okay. it's a little hard to fallow when time is
concerned. because, if Deku is still technically in highschool, that means that queen bee had sex with a teenager. its kind of hard to tell the character's ages and relationships. like with toga and deku, are they partners? allys? lovers? hell if we know.
know, i felt the exaction of dekus plan against the vigilantist felt well done. the biggest part of this story i liked was the feeling of Deku slowly becoming the joker from the dark knight. every time he talked it felt like the joker, which gave something to kind of link the mentality to. i feel Bakugoes story line is... interesting? i don't really feel a connection to the storyline really, but thats because of my own idea of the character, so its really just a nitpick.
i would like to see a little more communication amongst the league of villians would have been nice, as a new fan of my hero academia, i hardly remembered the original members of the league, so you could have expanded on there characters. also, what are the rules when it comes to sexual attraction for deku? is it a factor or is it something to mostly ignore? again, is toga a factor into this? as it stands, deku and toga remind me of light and misa from death note. also, saying this, this story doesn't really work in a bubble. it feels like i need to know hero acadamia inside and out to know what each character looks like, simple descriptions would be nice. for instants, the only three characters that get any miticulass detail description is all for one, toga, and deku. i don't think Dabi is discribed all that well during the break out. i don't think all might is well described until his form shrinks. know, i will give this one a pass as i might have simply missed those descriptions sense i am reading on my computer and my eyes can pass by things on accident(big screen).
now, another positive is most of the Naruhata Arc. i loved the seemless feeling of deku being this planner to killer. like i said, it felt very heath ledgers joker. the spiral that was created from it feels great, though i have to wonder what everone's thoughts to Queen Bees death out side of knuckledusters prospective. i felt that Queen Bees death would probably have a little more, oomph in this world. she was a drug dealer, hit women, and a villain. i feel her death would be at least covered in the news at some point. also, if the police were able to get a swab of dekus dna from her sexual escapade, they should be able to connect it to deku through a DNA test, thus making it kind of hard to not think he did it. the police would be on top of him in no time.
one thing that kind of felt wrong to me was the death of the vigalantis. the only survivor being knuckleduster... i kind of feel knuckleduster should have died, if for no other reason than the fact that deku left him alive, sorry but 2/3 is not job done. leaving one person behind leaves a connection that could very easily come back to bit you, something that i think (with how you had presented deku in that section) deku would have at least thought about. instead, he gets 2/3 of them killed and then kills the lady that is currently offering him room and board. again, thats not job done. know if the only reason to keep knuckleduster alive was to send him after All For One, Deku could have sent him on the war path so much better than at the police station. simply sending him a letter telling him "all for one was responsible for there death and heres a location and time for you to arrive at" could have easily done the same job. also, speaking of knuckleduster, i don't know these characters all that well, as i have only watched the anime, but i feel he wouldn't have just broken dekus arm IN THE POLICE STATION. i honestly don't see the hero part in his title.
in terms of writing, i think the format is quite good. its easy on the eyes and doesn't feel like im being hammered with walls of text. again, i feel the pacing and story beats could be a little bit better explained but what is here is easily enough to fallow the general idea of the story and i don't have to reread the same paragraph to understand whats going on. again, the pacing just need to slow down a bit. i read this story in about 3 hours, 25 chapters and all, but again i might have missed something things that i am complaining about.
i kind of feel the death of mokoto was pointless, as it really had no point to it. she was introduced in one chapter and killed in the next, which goes back to the pacing problem. also, why her specifically? was it so deku could have this moment of remembering his mentor? if so, it wasn't really a call back. he died like 4 chapters ago, we don't need to be reminded of this almost every chapter. it makes sense as a motivation as to why deku wants to take down All For One, but he already has a motivation with his mother, being set up, and almost locked away. i kind of wanted mokoto to work like L from death note. a foil to Deku, at least that way we would have a reason for her being there asides from, "brothers dead, find his killer". you had the perfect oprotunity to expand on the my hero academia world, instead of holding so close to the characters, pull it back. show her doing some police/detective work. show us what the world out side of the Quirks looks like. Deku claims its hard to live a life with out one, yet he seems to be pretty confident, well before all for one offers deku the job(going so far as to actually ATTACK bakugo back in the school). if anything, the world doesn't seem so terrible, so show us how bad it really is. all so, All Might. love him to death, but when deku meets all might in MHA, hes cold, bitter, not really nice to deku. i really don't see how deku getting a bullet wound would change that. also, its clamed that he feels bad for deku, thus he does it out of pity? well, in MHA, All Might didn't start breaking his "3 hours of hero work" rule until he heard Izukus story and watched him act, even though he was quirkless. because of that, All Might feels flat and we don't see the effect Dekus turning down of One For All does to all might, even if he is feeling quilty. this kind of makes All for Ones confrontation with All might feels rather stilted. by all rights, All Might should LOSE that fight or if he wins, for him to be killed in the prosses. its because of Izukus influence that All Might beat All for One in that fight. in all honesty, All For One feels hard to fallow, which is a good thing. it keeps to the character that is in MHA. im sure all of the characters in this are going to be OOC's, but the best way to avoid people from getting mad about that is to write it into the story and make it feel natural. even if this is a fanfiction, these characters had a different personality that is being changed. some would like to see it become a natural evolution rather than just a "character X's personality is Y". this makes them all feel interchangeable, like anyone could have filled that role, makes it less unique (and then other authors steel the idea and it becomes a samey story on repeat).
i like how toga seems to be the only character asides from deku who has an on going arc. how loyal to deku is she? dekus on going stroy is about his struggles and his triangle battle between his morals, the heros, and the villains. each part of the triangle goes out when a part of him wins. his morals are all but shot, which means he isn't afraid to kill thus making it a war of heros vs villains, with both being the target by our little joker. the war of the quirkless has begun, and i would like to see how this ends. have a wonderful day, Sir!

Man, that was an awesome chapter. Izuku's plan finally came to fruition and as a result, he was able to kill two birds with one stone. All Might and All For One are officially done for and I must say, it was pretty satisfying to see Knuckleduster deck All For One in the face, given that AFO was the one that stole Knuckleduster's quirk. To answer your question, the pro hero watching from the skies definitely has to be Hawks since he is the only hero I know of in MHA that can fly like that. I have a feeling he will come into play soon enough. Plus, I knew Muscular, Moonfish and Mustard were going to be arrested like in canon, but I did not expect the heroes to take down Magne as well. Man, villains that start with M definitely get the short end of the stick, huh? Also, I kinda feel bad for Bakugou, as he found out his former friend is still alive, but has now lost him a second time. And with Tomura having put the pieces together and figuring out Izuku double crossed him and the rest of the league, things are not looking good for Izuku at all. Hopefully, Toga will be able to help him get out of this bad situation in one piece.

Good chapter, also Tomura has some nerve questioning Izuku when he himself is so incompetent that even All for One has given up on him and chosen Izuku as his true successor.
