An outstanding effort this far. TBH, I didn't expect to like this fic so much. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as cringe inducing as a number of the other BBT crossovers I've seen and made accurate portrayals of characters and expanded on others that were, frankly, moving. (Straight up making me misty eyed over Bert and Amy's stories)

You had some excellent scientific explanations that weren't too difficult to follow and your explanation of Howard's 'cancer' is actually pretty interesting. As someone writing a Stargate fic, I was pleasantly intrigued by your ideas for improving the SGC. That train idea was subtly brilliant. I promise not to steal it!

And about the relationship stuff...

I don't usually care much for stories with an emphasis on slash. Call it personal preference, I just don't like it. Haven't seen anything with Raj and Howard yet, but you seem able to keep your writing at a tasteful level. You did a great job making it part of the story without going overboard and I know how hard that can be. You made it very authentic. Even as someone who doesn't care much for slash, I'm still very interested in seeing where you take this.

Plus, let's be real here; Raj and Howard were at least a little gay for each other in the show. Remember that kissing machine they both used together? I was in the Navy and that is easily one of the gayest things I've ever seen. Their pseudo homosexual relationship is one of the few things Leonard's mother has said that I agree with. Hardly a stretch to picture those two together.

Overall, I really enjoyed this fic and want to thank you for writing it. I hope there's another chapter down the line!

Normally I hate harem, but I like the way you're handling this set up so far.

It's a pretty cool idea for how Naquadah works. The main problem is that while Naquadah is rare, it's not THAT rare. Based on your theory it would be super insanely rare, but in Stargate it's mined on quite a few planets and overall there's quite a lot of it.
