Although the most painful Darvey times are finally over (at least on the show), I don't need to be gentle in my review, because this is simply amazing! I enjoyed reading it very much!

How you first describe Donna's pain and breakup (and Thomas' thoughts which were very insightful and authentic) and then switch to Harvey was very powerful. Harvey's inner monologue was very much in character and very well written! His despair and pain, and figuring out how much Donna means to him compared to everything else - so good!
You created an atmosphere throughout the whole story with your words and descriptions that fit so well and sucked me in and I love when that happens!
When they're finally together at his place and talk you totally did their characters justice.
Your writing is so full of beautiful poetic expressions!

Loren! Wow! That was seriously your first Darvey fic? G! You pulled me right in at the very beginning and didn’t give me a change to breath until the end. The first words were so haunting and I felt so incredibly sad for Donna because she clearly didn’t want what was happening and it broke. my. heart.

Harvey‘s eyes and voice from when he thought she lost faith in him will probably haunt me for eternity and I can just imagine so clearly how he would feel when she finally tells him, that‘s why that moment of realization for him hit me right in the feels! Thank you! That‘s what I look for in fanfiction!

Their conversation, the love between them, the tenderness with each other... man, you‘re really breaking my heart here!

And making me cry:
The future, a subject unknown.
Realizing that life belongs only to those that truly embrace it, they hold on tight to each other. And like trapeze artists, they both jump into the incredible journey that is life. ... YES YES YES TO THAT! So perfect.

Donna is always a step ahead in Darvey world.
Her break up was real, without yelling or excuses, but the best part is Thomas not even asking why... he just knew. He just leaves. And that’s her prompt. I love the symbolism of trashing the sheets.
Harvey’s car scene was great. I could hear him sigh and ask to go home. Sweet and sour. Keep writing :)
