Very good plot idea. However Your writing is really confusing. You summarize what happens and then write it out after you already explained it. And you keep on using the same segments of text. You used the one where they ask uraraka who she likes about 4 times.
I kinda got the vibe that english isnt your first language. So it's pretty good if you take that into consideration.

why was that part with inko even necessary ?

Your writing style is... just plain bad. The way you write makes it seem like I am reading a summary of something instead of an actual story. I take it, English isn't your first language? If it isn't then I totally understand, and that it's decent for your grasp of the language. If it IS your first language, there is no excuse. Either way, good concept. Poor execution to robotic writing, misuse of honorifics, spelling errors on names, faulty grammar, and not use the correct tenses. Is the story supposed to be first person or third? Good attempt. I won't read this, but it's not THAT bad. Thanks for contributing to the fandom even if I personally won't read it.

...Hatsune? Can you at least use the character's actual name? Seriously, how hard is it to put in the most minimal amount of effort?

I'm half surprised that Hatsume didn't dare Utsushimi into serving as a test subject for her latest "baby" (there are some things for which Midoriya really isn't "equipped" to serve as a test subject)

Although at this point I'm not sure how much these brief appearances of the boys are really adding to the story (unless of course that is all set up for some later scene)

Ashido would do well to remember that paybacks are "not nice" - especially when Uraraka is surrounded by a black aura.

Once again, the scene of the boys was probably much longer than necessary.

And as far at Hatsume's inspection goes - since she already knows most of Midoriya's measurements, she could have been noting where there have been changes ("hmmm... this bicep has grown a couple of centimeters. So has this chest. Waist is trim as before. And THIS is something entirely new!"). And now that she has new measurements it's probably a good thing that they are all in Midoriya's room and not hers - otherwise she would already be busy inventing new "babies" that make use of those new measurements (or did she bring a "travelling workshop in a suitcase" along to his room?)

That escalated rather quickly. Perhaps Yaoyorozu should start making a privacy screen for Midoriya to hide behind.

Midoriya should have realized from the beginning that almost every dare would involve him in one way or another (even Kendo's dare to flick Ashido's nose was retaliation for what her dare to Uraraka), and insisted on limits such as the right to refuse to participate in dares in instances when he's not the one being dared, but is merely a third party who's participation is required.
