Don't let these powerlvl fanatics influence you. a good story needs tension and stakes, and it would be boring if Broly could just "one shot" from the get go... It would not be a good story.

However, I must stress again that even in his base form, it would, even at this age, take next to none of Broly's power to one-shot Great Red, Ophis, Trihexa, the Original Lucifer, and everything else in DXD. This is something that needs to be addressed, as it makes me think that you are severely underpowering him. Saiyan Saga Vegeta could crap all over everything, maybe save for the Original Lucifer, who is probably the equivalent of the Demon King Dabura. However, a powerful Super Saiyan would have been enough to deal with him, and Broly should be at Super Saiyan 2 by now in his wrath form. Again, I strongly dislike stories where DB characters are underpowered, especially Broly since his strength most likely developed naturally, so I'm hoping this gets addressed.

Issei of all people grousing over silver spoons. It's laughable coming from Issei, born with sacred gear power that's not a double-edged power unlike Broly's legendary roid rage form, acting as if he's in a group that struggles. Hell no, what Issei said is insulting. Granted he won't get to where Broly is at, but Issei's struggle is porn addiction.

ssei doesn't know what he's talking about, trying to compare to Broly, as if Broly's rippling muscle developed through harsh training is what Issei strives for day-in and day-out, and then say Broly had a silver spoon. Sure, he won't have the level of training equipment Broly has, but when has that stopped people from getting good workouts? Issei's excuse rings hollow, he obviously doesn't value strength on the level that Broly does, and I hesitate to even call Issei a guy, but a worm is more suitable rather.

Issei didn't bring his Longinus out while younger like some other characters, because he was too busy messing around. Issei hardly trains compared to Broly. Even then Issei in canon goes from weaker than baseline, to one of the strongest of his world in less than a year, with little else but boob lust. And then after learning of his potential, Issei still treats training less than an hour, to some time over a few days here or there as if it is effortful. Child Goku and Krillin's milk delivery runs in Dragonball (Not Z) were more grueling than Issei's training. They worked their asses off for long times for steady increases of power.

Most fights, Issei gets by on asspulls. All he needs for his own Kaio Ken, is to hear Vali threaten to shrink boobs. Issei ditches his friends and family for boobs, and grieves more over boobs, than his parents' deaths. Issei is an affront to all that is good in the world.

In canon, Issei's is spoonfed power, and hands idiot balls to his female companions which make them want his progeny, or company even though he's a shit. A literal boob god from another universe shows up to bless his quest for a harem and helps him impregnate them. 12 Heavenly Boobs quest. Stupid canon story.

A day or two ago, I saw a DxD vs DBZ power level comparison with canonical evidence, posted somewhere. Yamcha can stomp everyone in Highschool DxD. He slacked at times, but Yamcha still had longer, more frequent intense trainings than most people. He's nowhere near strongest Earthing given the alien races on earth, but is 3rd strongest human. Pre-Namek arc, he survives and can move in 300x gravity. 300x his bodyweight moving about slowly. Like 45,000 pounds. Human pilots use 9x gravity. Insane for a human. When Hercule isn't being weighed down all over his body by a gravity chamber, he pulled 9000 pounds (4.5 tons) on 4 buses, but they were moving on wheels so much less impressive compared to Yamcha. That's before Yamcha even gets to Otherworld or Kami's lookout training. Already far past planet/moon armageddon by focused energy blast power levels.

Issei hardly does shit at any time through his human life/soulless abomination life, even if Rias removing Issei's humanity somehow made his potential even worse. He probably couldn't do pull-ups without his jerking-off arm. But if he switches to keep them even, he might get part of a set. Or it he cheats using his boost ability.

Broly endured more hardship and produced more effort for his power and skill in canon, and even in this less traumatic Highschool DxD timeline than Issei could imagine. He doesn't even need legendary form to wreck fools.

Broly, like all Saiyans, started weak. Since 5 years old, this DxD timeline Broly has been on Earth, similar to a young canon Goku adopted and trained by Gohan. It's not a bad assumption that Broly grew mostly without zenkai boost which nobody seems to have figured out, or they limited his zenkai knowing that his anger would make it too risky.

While Issei is having a normal childhood (or as normal as a disgustingly deviant lecher of a 6 year old can attain), Broly was training. While Issei has creepy group jerk off sessions with his bros Matsuda and Motohama while watching Kaben Rider Pinky, peeps at changing girls, and wastes time doing peon work for Rias, Broly is training.

I am eager to see Broly evolve and become more a fighter like Goku and master his transformations and Attain SS3.

I also liking Rias and all the girls reactions to broly and I want Rias and akeno and many of the other girls to be in the saiyan harem like reynare mittelt Kalawarner penemue kuroka serafall and akeno and the princess herself to take her place in broly harem and why because broly saved Rias and them during rating game.
