I was not expecting this story of a Halo x Goblin Slayer crossover to be this good and now I would love to read more. You really captured the strenght, skill and especially mindset of a Spartan. Great work.
Hopefully we see more soon after the clifhanger.

Never expected this gem to be that long and detailed! Excellent and great work out there, can't wait to get another chapters out of this one! I wanna see Six trying to improvise the things once he runs out of ammo or something, and the fact he'll probably end up being a really powerful crossbowman/bowman knight in the future or something.

Anyways, just one a bit of a complaint about a plot hole like the previous reviewers mentioned out there, though it's probably too late as it's in Chapter 3. How did the motion tracker not detect the goblins and the women in there - considering they'd probably make a lot of noise and motion out there? Is this for a plot reason, or just an error?

And with that, there are things that Six can find useful in the future, especially in his helmet. Shouldn't the helmet have lots more of features besides the traditional night vision? Especially like cameras/sensors that allow vision for both ultraviolet (to track light emissions) and infrared (this especially, it tracks the heat of certain objects and such) waves - which I'd expect them to have considering the environmental hostility of the planets can impair the vision of a troop in various many different ways and such. If this is the fortress that I’m thinking of, then from what I recall the elves made it from a giant tree. So hypothetically speaking, the gem that Spartan removed could have been what the elves used to hollow the tree out. I guess that I’ll see if I’m correct in the next chapter.

So if priestess original party is still alive, why is priestess with goblin slayer? I hope you didn't just kill them later.

With six around to give pointers and a bit of training warrior, fighter, wizard along with rookie and cleric would be good additions to work with. Especially wizards and clerics magic, as he has no knowledge or way to counter magical attacks or effects.

Id say a goblin champion is equal to a brute and a ogre is about on par with a hunter.

While Jiralhanae did eat people, nothing in the Covenant ever raped humans. Maybe not out of compassion, but they never did anything that horrifying. Sure they killed and slaughtered, but out of religious zealotry, they thought humans were demons, pests to be exterminated quickly. Spartans and the UNSC would definitely have a lot of hate for goblins, and happily go out of their way to kill them.

That said, 6 is using quite a lot of ammo here. I'd have thought he would either try to attain gunpowder or use weapons like crossbows and melee weapons. Then again, there is the risk of theft, so he might as well use up his ammo first. And it's not like he has the equipment for anything better than a musket.

I like this story. The dark world of goblin slayer and a spartan to kill goblins. I’m a bit confused about the first mission. What happened to the girls that were in the cave?

I think it’s hilarious that 6 thinks they are young seeing as Spartans all started young. Plus this world they are adults at 15 I think. Not to mention goblins see no difference in age they rape any human female they find.

I hope we see more missions that are not just canon goblin slayer ones happen as well as character development and general world building for our spartan trapped in a medieval fantasy world. .

Yeah, Six finally finding out about what goblins do is on point. His rage definitely would skyrocket and put goblins on his radar when it comes to humanity's threats to be extinguished. Like with the Covenant races.

Can't wait to read what happens next. Can imagine he'd get along with Goblin Slayer given they aren't very talkative and more men of action.
