Reviews for The Chandelier in Flames
catcorsair chapter 1 . 5/29/2019
YESSSS I love this so MUCH
Wheel of Fish chapter 1 . 2/23/2019
Oh. Oh crap. I'm not okay? like I could absolutely see this happening because it's always seemed like such a huge risk for him to take, and yet my brain has never followed through with how it might go and now I'm sad forever, thanks. :P (but well done. ugh)
sodacreamorange chapter 1 . 2/16/2019
How heartbreaking... Poor Christine. This is totally perfect and quite befitting, Christine being a complete victim of Erik's anger and Erik suffering the consequences due to his outburst. Excellent writing!
MlleBree chapter 1 . 2/15/2019
Welp, yep, that was the kind of pain I needed to start my day. I always thought it did get awfully close to her.
QueenoftheNight82 chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
Geez, that was certainly a different take on the chandelier incident... Loved it though!
Child of Dreams chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
Oh. My. God.
Is Christine... dead?
ghostwritten2 chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
Oh my gosh, oh no. So tragic, and so well done.
SpookyMormonHellDream chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
Welp...I'm traumatized. Haha, but really, I honestly enjoyed your take on this scene - I daresay it's not one that I've seen attempted before, and you did a great job of capturing such a terrible, traumatic moment complete with emotions, rage, regret, heartache, everything that makes such an accident so poignant (not to mention devastating). It makes complete sense that, once the dust clears from his fit of rage, that Erik would have such a horrific moment of clarity upon realizing exactly what he's just done, and that there's nothing he can do or say to take it back. It's awful, and a mistake that will live with him forever. That said, once again, you've captured that moment, and the characters altogether, very well, and it was an enjoyable experience to read this. I'm pretty bummed out about how it ended, but in the best possible way that only comes from an ending like this one lol Great work! :D
Not A Ghost3 chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
This was amazing!
Riene chapter 1 . 2/14/2019
Oh wow, VERY different and entirely plausible take on that scene. That's all it would have taken for Erik's last shred of control and sanity to entirely come unhinged.

Dang. Well done short phic.
