I gotta say, I love this story. Of all the DxD fics that I've read this one manages to hit the balance between having the protagonist actively doing things and having Rias and her peerage seem reasonable. Most fics either have the protagonist doing nothing, becoming ridiculously overpowered way too early, or spend the entire time bashing Rias and her peerage. This fic not only manages to strike that balance but it also has a fascinating premise, Alexander is a fascinating character and the way he has already influenced the other characters is really interesting even if he hasn't really affected the events of canon very much yet. Although in spite of how much I love this fic you do have a tendency to waffle about a little and spend a lot of time talking about nothing, while it's written well and interesting it tends not to advance the story or the characters very much and so seems a bit like you are trying to pad out your story sometimes. This is a very minor criticism and now that I've written it seems quite a bit harsher than I intended it to, just felt it was something for you to keep in mind.
