Loved this and you can just imagine Sam like this after his experience in the cage. But no matter how messed up Sam is no way would Dean ever consider, even for a nano-second, what the doctor suggested. Both Sam and Dean need each other. And love the ending, just perfect.

There's something settling about reading your interactions between Dean and Sam. Like... even though (or perhaps because) Sam is so UN-settled, and uncertain, by the end I always feel like some gear in my chest that was slightly out of alignment has clicked back into place. It's nice. So thank you for that.
Maybe it's the way Dean is so patient with Sam, or just the way they're so devoted to each other, but it's lovely and you do it very well.

Crazy Sam is one of my favourite Sams! And you write him so so well. Really great to see another story from you, I always get excited when I get an email telling me you've posted something new. I haven't been reading or posting fic as frequently as I used to and even quit watching the show, but this fic brought all my love for this universe and these boys back in a flood.

This was a really lovely, and sad, story. I especially loved the line 'Sam is a walking bundle of coping mechanisms Dean found on the internet' because that just fits those boys like a glove! I look forward to when and if ever you post again, and I hope real life is treating you well and that 2019 has been good to you so far :)

So sad but, in the end, we get those brotherly moments that you do so well!
