Izuku/Ochaco!

Why would Izuku be the bottom of the barrel even with 5% of OfA? Some people have quirks that don't help at all like Kaminari, Tooru, Kirishima, Koda, Mina, Ojiro, Jiro, Tokoyami, Sero, Sato (if he doesn't have sugar), and besides the side-to-side jumping, Mineta.

Izuku is also stronger than average after cleaning the beach as training, he managed to keep in the front half of the race during the sports festival while carrying a large piece of a robot. That's without OfA, after unlocking Full Cowl, he almost won the race after the internships, and he kept up with and hit Gran Torino and Stain for at least some time.

Tooru is also shown to be barely capable of doing a pull up in one scene, and I doubt the rest of her body is any stronger, so Izuku should at least be above her in the ranking.

Fr I'm rlly liking this story. It's a nice breath of fresh air from all the other stories that just mostly follows the anime/manga.

for your story of you can be a villain you can make a peculiarity help to return to the past but the person in himself does not return but his own body to the past. this would be an idea that you can use to develop and take an unexpected turn in history
