  My Gawd chapter 9 . 7/17 You...you crazy sonnavabitch...you... I realized who the real owner of the Gauntlets are. You motherfucking legend. I wont spoil it, but i know who it is. You just earned yourself a lifelong fan, my brother. Mother fucker really did it. My god, im waiting for this reunion more than Majima meeting Kiryu, afterall, "Only the weak stay down". Hope to see more in the future. |
 NightmareKnight1 chapter 9 . 7/13 Huh.. I never read the LN's or manga or whatever Shield Hero started as. Only watched the anime. I saw Keel as a boy. Did the other mediums actually say otherwise? Seems odd, but then again that could just be the animators' spin on things. I know not everything gets faithfully translated from source material when making the jump to things like movies or anime. Still, interesting. I'll be looking forward to seeing how Raphtalia reacts to Keel hanging around Kiryu in the future. |

LOOKS LIKE THE FORMER YAKUZA IS IN A MEDIEVAL FANTASY WORLD THAT WORKS LIKE AN RPG(I'd be surprised if Kiryu WASN'T Familiar with Dragon Quest; Considering How MASSIVE DQ is in Japan, like it's a Big Part of Japanese Pop Culture; and the Fact that Ichiban Kasuga, the Protagonist of Yakuza: Like A Dragon specifically mentions Dragon Quest by Name; so YEAH; Since DQ Exists within the world of the Yakuza franchise of video games; I'd Be More than Surprised if Kiryu has NO IDEA of the game, as well as no idea of RPGs in General; mainly since the Most Well-known RPG in all of Japan is Dragon Quest) |
